At Bolddraft, we’re committed to delivering high-quality copywriting and marketing services. Because our work is customized and service-based, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our creative team.
1. Service-Based Nature
All of our offerings—including copywriting, content strategy, SEO, and marketing services—are non-tangible and customized to each client. As such, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense, but we do allow for fair refund considerations as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellation before project start: If you cancel before we begin any work, a full refund will be issued.
- Project delay caused by Bolddraft: If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed-upon timeline (and no reasonable extension is agreed), you may request a partial or full refund.
- Non-delivery of services: If no portion of the agreed service has been delivered within 21 days of payment (and communication attempts fail), you are entitled to a full refund.
Please note: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with style or creative direction after initial delivery, but we do offer reasonable revisions to ensure alignment with your expectations.
3. Revision Policy
We offer up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable (unless otherwise agreed in your contract). Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
4. Digital Product Sales (if applicable)
If we offer downloadable digital products (e.g., templates or guides), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@bolddraft.net with:
- Your full name and email used during payment
- Project name or reference
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Disputes
We encourage open communication and will work with you to resolve any concerns. If disputes arise that cannot be resolved through direct conversation, they will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
